Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Orello platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Description of Service

Orello provides a conversational customer support AI platform, including embeddable widgets, AI voice agents, and grounding capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must immediately notify Orello of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the creation of malicious bots, phishing agents, or the distribution of harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

While the Orello platform, software, and AI models remain our exclusive property, you retain all ownership rights to the content you upload for grounding and the specific responses generated for your customers. You grant Orello a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Usage-Based Billing & Payments

Orello operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You agree to pay the fees associated with your usage (currently $0.25 per conversation). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service interruption. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specified in a separate SLA.

6. API Fair Use & Rate Limits

To ensure service stability for all users, we implement rate limits on our API and conversation endpoints. Excessive usage that impacts platform performance may result in temporary throttling or account suspension. Enterprise customers requiring higher throughput should contact sales for dedicated infrastructure options.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orello or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Orello's platform, even if Orello has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orello is incorporated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
